• Disconnect the iron from the mains supply, pour out any
remaining water and allow the iron to cool down.
• The pilot light will stay on when the iron is ready for be
using and while it is ironing. Otherwise, it will be flicker.
DRY IRONING
• The appliance has an option to dry ironing (without
steam). To use this option do not push the continuous
steam button while ironing.

STEAM IRONING

• It is possible to iron with steam whenever the water tank
is filled with water.
STEAM FLOW CONTROL
• The appliance has a steam setting button that allows you
to control the steam flow between "MAX" to achieve the
maximum level of steam or "Eco" for more economical
ironing.
SHOT OF STEAM
• This function provides extra steam for eliminating
wrinkles.
• To activate this function, quickly press the continuous
steam button twice for getting extra shot of steam. Steam
will come out for 3 seconds followed by the pilot light
flashing.
AUTO SHOT OFF
• If the iron is left standing for more than 10 minutes, it will
automatically switch off.
• The auto shut-off indicator and the pilot light will flash to
indicate that this function has been activated. You will also
hear 6 buzzing sounds.
• Press the steam setting button to restore power.
ANTIDRIP
• This iron is equipped with a drip stop function: the iron
automatically stops steaming when the temperature is too
low to prevent water from dripping out of the soleplate.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE
• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Allow to cool down.
• Put the supply cord back in the supply cord housing.
• Clean the appliance.
SUPPLY CORD HOUSING
• This appliance has a supply cord housing that allows you
to store the supply cord when the appliance is not in use.
CLEANING
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
• Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid
or place it under running water.

SELF-CLEANING FUNCTION

• It is important to self-clean the appliance at least once a
month to remove calcium and any other built-up minerals
inside the iron.
• Please make sure there is enough water in the tank
before cleaning.
• Please put the iron in a safe position before cleaning to
prevent people from being injured by hot water during
cleaning.
• Once the iron has warmed up, press and hold the
cleaning switch for 3 seconds to enter the cleaning mode.
The display on the screen flashes and is accompanied by
3 buzzing sounds.
• Two minutes later, the buzzer rang three times, indicating
that the cleaning was complete.
HOW TO DEAL WITH LIME SCALE INCRUSTATIONS
• For the appliance to work correctly it should be kept free
of limescale or magnesium incrustations caused by the
use of hard water.
• To avoid this kind of problem it is advisable to use distilled
water.
• However, if it is not possible to use the kind of water
recommended above, you should periodically remove the
limescale from the appliance:
- Every 6 weeks if the water is "very hard".
- Every 12 weeks if the water is "hard".
• To do so, we recommend the use of the specific
product for this kind of appliance, which can be found in
specialised shops and authorised technical services.
• A specific anti-lime scale product should be used on this
kind of product.
• Homemade solutions are not recommended in the
decaling of this appliance, such as the use of vinegar.
