Spacer Installation

• If installing the gate to wall with a base/ skirting board, you must use wall spacers provided in order to build up the wall area to be
equivalent in thickness to that of the skirting board.

To fi t and install the appropriate spacer under A1 and A3:
Spacer 1: SPA1 (13mm thickness) + SPA2 (5mm thickness)
Spacer 2: SPA1B (13mm thickness) + SPA2B (5mm thickness)
1. Use SPA1 (13mm) and SPA1B (13mm) for skirting boards 13 mm in thickness.
OR
2. Use SPA1 + SPA2 and SPA1B + SPA2B together for a skirting board 18mm in thickness.

Bracket Installation

1. Place the Scale Direction L template on the desired location,
with the bottom line of A2 being level with the fl oor, and mark
the screw holes of A1 and A2 to the surface with a pencil.
2. Using an 8mm drill, drill the holes into the markings
on the surface.
NOTE: Please ensure you use the correct screw length for your chosen surface.
5. Place and fi x the gate onto A1 and A2. Place the bottom of
the gate into A2 fi rst. Then place the upper side of the gate
and slot it into A1. Firmly fi x A2 onto the surface with screws.

3. Firmly fi x A2 to the surface with the appropriate screws.
4. Firmly fi x A1 to the surface with the appropriate screws.
Installation
NOTE: Make sure the gate is locked securely inside
the latches of A1.
8. Firmly fi x A4 to the surface with the appropriate screws.
NOTE: If using the gate for multiple openings install the additional Bracket Unit (A1 and A2) to the surface anywhere along
the 180° rotation axis of the Home Unit (A3 and A4).

9. Firmly fi x A3 to the surface with the appropriate screws.
