WARRANTY
Every GlareOne product is covered by a 36 month manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty period begins when the product is purchased by its first purchaser, which

is confirmed by receipt or invoice.
The warranty covers damages resulting from product structural defects or caused by
●
errors in the production process.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or caused by use other than its
●
intended purpose or the operating instructions.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear such as shock absorbers,
●
bearings, halogen bulbs, etc., provided that their wear did not result from factory
defects.
The warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to unauthorized
●
changes and modifications.
The warranty does not cover products whose damage results from force majeure, e.g.
●
due to power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, etc.
