Assembly of the device

1. Take the device out of the packaging and remove the protective
film.
2. Place the two parts of the base together at a slight angle so that
the connecting tabs fit into the gouges.
3. Join the two parts so that the connecting tabs are pushed all the
way into the grooves. Press down so that the two parts are evenly
joined.
4. Insert the power cord into the notch on the bottom of the fan and
place the folded base so that the power cord is visible through the
opening. Make sure that it protrudes from the notch on the base.
5. Fix the base with four wing nuts.
