24. Ensure that the batteries are properly installed
according to the polarity (+) and (-) markings.
25. Children's use of batteries should be supervised. Do
not allow children to change batteries without adult
supervision.
26. If a battery is swallowed, seek medical advice
immediately.
27. Keep batteries dry and clean.
28. Clean the contacts on the batteries and in the
remote control before installing them.
29. Always choose the correct size and type of battery
best suited to the intended use. Keep the information
supplied with your device to help you choose the
correct battery.
30. Remove the batteries from the remote control if you
do not intend to use it for a long period of time, unless
it is needed in an emergency.
31. Dispose of used batteries immediately.
