The filter may not have been fully
soaked. Before first use, place the filter
in a clean bowl and soak it in water for
5 minutes.
The filter has not been cleaned for a
long time, causing clogging. Clean or
replace the filter in timely.
The water level in the water bowl is too
low.

Clean the water bowl, pump and other
components.
When first used (or after long storage),
the pump needs to expel air. Immerse
the pump completely in water to allow
all air to escape.
If there is dirt or hair inside the pump, it
needs to be cleaned.
Clean the water bowl (it is recom-
mended to clean it weekly), replace
the filter with a new one, and use
clean water.
Before using a new filter, soak it in
clean water in advance.
