Product Usage

1. Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes and rinse it
thoroughly. Then place the filter in the filter tray.
*Note: Make sure the filter has been soaked thoroughly, or water flow
will get stuck by the filter, which gives rise to the water overflows. Do
not use the drinking fountain itself to soak the filter. This may cause
dust and dirt to get onto the surface.
2. Place the water tube on the pump and put the pump
in place at the bottom of the reservoir. Lead the USB
cable connected to the pump through the hole at the
back of the reservoir and downwards.
3. Sequentially install the filter tray, drinking tray and
water outlet. Fill the water bowl with water. Before using
the pump for the first time, submerge it completely in
water to allow all air to escape.
4. Insert the USB cable of the pump into the 5V/1A
adapter and plug it into the socket. Once the power is
on, the white light on the water pump will be on,
indicating the water dispenser is operating.
Water filter and sponge filter
The water filter consists of a Multiple filtration system to
ensure clean water for your pet. For optimal performance,
replace it every 2 to 4 weeks. It is available on
