cannot be uninstalled from the service
• Start up "FWServiceUnInstall.exe" and
"ServiceUnInstall.exe" located in the folder where M-
crew Server is installed.
The application does not operate correctly. Contents managed
by the application cannot be seen from the system
• Run "DatabaseClear.exe" located in the folder where M-
crew Server is installed, and delete the entire database.

Operation has become slow because many contents have been

registered in the application

• Run "McCompactDB.exe" located in the folder where M-
crew Server is installed, and optimize the database.

then click [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Add or Remove
Programs] in that order.
