7. SECURITY TIPS
l Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l Never run pump dry
l Pumping inflammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited
l Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 90°C
l Never pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose
l Avoid cross section narrowing
l Pay attention to the given particle size
l During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it at
room temperature
l Test wells for enough flowing water (dry run danger)
l The pump is to be secured through a RCD circuit breaker with a release current of 30 mA
l The electrical connections are always to be carried out by an authorised professional
l The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced phy-
sical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if they are
supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while
adhering to safe instructions and resulting dangers.
l Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
l Under certain cirumstances, it is possible that that contamination of water is caused by leakage.
THE MANUFACTURER EXPLAINS:
l To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis of
carelessness or disregard to the instructions in this book.
l To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper use of the pump.
Displays this code when voltage exceeds 280V; automatically recovers when voltage drops below 270V. Pressing the
run key can cancel protection; it restores automatically after power cycle.
Displays this code when voltage is below 90V; automatically recovers when voltage exceeds 80V. Pressing the run key
can cancel protection; it restores automatically after power cycle.
Displays this code when there is a phase loss or voltage imbalance greater than 20% at the three-phase input. Manual
intervention is required to resolve the issue.
Displays this code when there is a phase loss or voltage imbalance greater than 20% at the three-phase output. Manual
intervention is required to resolve the issue.
Displays this code when the temperature of the radiator reaches 80°C; automatically recovers when the temperature
drops below 60°C. Pressing the run key can cancel protection; it restores automatically after power cycle.
Displays this code when the pressure sensor is damaged or not connected; manual intervention is required to resolve
the issue. Pressing the run key can cancel protection and switch to manual mode; it restores automatically after power
cycle.
Displays this code when the network pressure equals 100% of the pressure sensor's range; automatically recovers
when pressure drops below 90%.
Displays this code when the current value or load power exceeds the set limit; manual intervention is required to resolve
the issue.
Displays this code when a short circuit or overcurrent occurs in the motor; manual intervention is required to resolve the
issue.
Displays this code when there is a communication fault between the drive board and display board; manual intervention
is required to resolve the issue.
Displays this code when the motor is locked; manual intervention is required to resolve the issue.
Displays this code when there is a phase loss in the motor; manual intervention is required to resolve the issue.
Automatically enters protection mode if the pump runs continuously beyond the set time limit. Resolve any leakage
issues or confirm normal operation, then reset parameters or power cycle to restore use.
Automatically enters protection mode when the network pressure remains below the set value. Check water supply
source or replace pressure sensor to resolve.
Automatically enters protection mode when the water temperature exceeds the set value; recovers when the tempera-
ture drops by 10 degrees.
