Safety warnings
Read the safety warnings carefully and only use
the product as described in these instructions
to avoid accidental injury or damage. Keep this
manual for future reference. If you pass this
product on to someone else, remember to give
them these instructions.
The product is only suitable for decoration in
private homes and not for lighting whole rooms.
The product is designed to be used outdoors.
The product has been designed for private use
and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
• Keep the packaging material away from chil-
dren. There is a risk of suffocation!
• Children are not aware of the risks involved
when handling electrical devices incorrectly.
Therefore, never allow children to use electrical
devices unsupervised.
• The product is suitable to be used outdoors and
complies with protection type IP44. This means
that it is protected against dust and splashes of
water, such as rain. However, never immerse or
use the product in water. This will cause an
immediate short circuit and the risk of an
electric shock.
• Only connect the product to a properly installed
wall socket with a mains voltage that complies
with the technical specifications of the mains
adapter. The LEDs cannot be dimmed. Never
connect the product to dimmable wall sockets.
• Do not use an extension cord.
• Always connect all connection sockets to each
other and the mains cord to the mains adapter
before you plug the mains adapter into the wall
socket. Always unplug the mains adapter from
the wall socket before disconnecting the con-
nection sockets from each other and the mains
cord from the mains adapter.
• The product must not be electrically connected
to fairy lights or anything similar.
• Disconnect the mains adapter from the wall
socket...

... during thunderstorms, and
... before cleaning the product.
To unplug, always pull on the mains adapter,
not on the mains cord.
• The product must be used only with the
supplied mains adapter.
• The connecting cords and the mains cord must
not be kinked or squeezed. Keep the connecting
cords and the mains cord away from hot sur-
faces and sharp edges.
• The product does not have an on/off switch.
The power supply can only be interrupted by
unplugging the mains adapter. Make sure that
the wall socket is easily accessible so that the
mains adapter can be unplugged quickly if
necessary.
• Do not use the product if the product itself, the
connecting cords, the mains cord or the mains
adapter show any visible sign of damage.
• Do not make any modifications to the product.
Do not attempt to replace the connecting cords
or mains cord yourself. Only have repairs
carried out by a specialist workshop, or contact
the customer care service.
• Route the mains cord so that no one can trip
over it. The cord is not suitable or certified for
underground installation.
• Do not position the product in hollows or
depressions where puddles might form.
• The built-in LEDs cannot and must not be
replaced.
• Do not use any caustic, aggressive or abrasive
products for cleaning.
