    NADELN Diese Overlockmaschine benutzt Standardnadeln mit der Nadelsystembezeichnung HAx1(130/705H). Verwenden Sie nur Nadeln der Stärke 80/12 oder 90/14 passend zum Stoff. Austausch der Nadeln Drehen Sie das Handrad zu sich hin, um die Nadeln in ihre höchste Position zu bringen. Lösen Sie die Nadelhalter-Schrauben jeweils mit dem mitgelieferten Innensechskant-Schraubendreher.

    ERSTES BENUTZEN DER OVERLOCKMASCHINE Schließen Sie den Stecker des Fußpedals an die Maschine an und stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose. Schalten Sie den Netzschalter (1) auf die Position “I”. Um die Overlockmaschine auszuschalten, schalten Sie den Netzschalter auf die Position “0”.     DIE FADENSPANNUNGEN LÖSEN Die Overlockmaschine verfügt über einen Fadenspannungslöse-Mechanismus. Um die Fäden ordnungsgemäß einzufädeln befolgen Sie bitte stets folgende Schritte beim Einfädeln: Heben Sie den Nähfuß mit dem Nähfußlifter (1) an, um die Faden- spannungsscheiben zu öffnen. Führen Sie den jeweiligen Faden durch die Spannungsscheiben, die sich jeweils im Kanal neben dem Spannungs- einstellrad befinden.

    REGELMÄßIGE WARTUNG REINIGEN DES GREIFERRAUMS 1. Für die Reinigung öffnen Sie die Frontklappe und entfernen dort alle Fadenreste und Flusen. 2. Zum Reinigen des Raums unterhalb der Stichplatte lösen Sie die Schraube (A) und entfernen die Stichplatte. ACHTUNG! Schraube (B) an der Stichplatte nicht lösen! ÖLEN DER OVERLOCKNÄHMASCHINE Für einen ruhigen und korrekten Lauf muss Ihre Overlocknähmaschine regelmäßig nach Bedarf geölt werden.

    MESSERWECHSEL Unscharfe oder beschädigte Messer können das zu nähende Material beschädigen oder sogar Nahtkräuseln hervorrufen. Sie können die Schärfe des Messers stets durch den „Fadenschneide-Test“ kontrollieren. Versuchen Sie einfach das Garn an den Messerkanten zu schneiden. Wird es durchtrennt, so ist das Messer scharf und voll funktionstüchtig. Schneidet es nicht, so muss es ausgetauscht werden.
