Safety Information
The equipment complies with the safety
regulations required for electrical
equipment.
Read through the instructions for use before
starting up the equipment.
Improper use can lead to personal injury and
property damage. Persons, who are not familiar
with the instructions,may not operate the
equipment. Keep the instructions for use in safe
custody.
Children and youths are not permitted to operate
the equipment.
Use According to Specifications
Powerful stainless steel wastewater pump with
float switch and carrying strap; Particularly well
suited to emptying water that is soiled and which
contains foreign matter from garden ponds,
cellars, drainage shafts, excavation pits, and
flooded cellars.
The manufacture assumes no liability whatsoever
for improper use or if the machine has been
tampered with.
Give equal attention to the safety instructions,
assembly and operating instructions as well as
prevailing accident preventions regulations.
Don't turn the device on if there are people in the
water to pump.
The device must not be used to transport
flammable or dangerous liquids or salt water.
The water temperature must not exceed 35ºC.
Safety Information
The mains voltage must correspond to the
information on the machine's type plate.
The equipment should only be operated using
one residual current circuit breaker, and for use
in swimming pools, garden ponds, or fountains
according to VDE 0100, only using one residual
current circuit breaker with nominal residual
current ≤ 30 mA.
Ask an electrician.
Have an expert check the grounding and voltage
zeroing.
Protect the electrical plug and socket connection
from moisture and place it an area that is safe
against flooding.
Protect the equipment from frost and dry
running.
Before start-up, check the equipment and cables
for any damages.
Keep children away from the connected
equipment.
Unplug the power plug before performing any
work on the equipment.
Only pull the cable from the receptacle with the
plug.
Protect the plug and cable from heat, oil, and
sharp edges.
Do not use the pressure line or the power cable to
fasten or transport the equipment.
Only use accessories recommended by the
manufacturer.
Installation
This pump is designed for exclusively domestic
installation:
In places where there is a risk of flooding.
In sumps or wells.
Keep an empty space around the pump so that
the float switch can work without being blocked
(e.g. use a sump at least 40x40x50 cm).
The pump is designed to run in liquid not
exceeding 350C.
