Procedure of warranty claims
Contact our customer service� We will try to identify the fault and provide direct assis-
tance if necessary�
If this does not help, send or bring the device to us�
Our technicians will take a look at the device, find and correct the fault�
The device will be sent back to you and you will be informed about the defect and how
it was remedied�
Even after the warranty period has expired, we are of course available to help you with
any problems� You are welcome to send your device to us after first contacting customer
service� After a detailed analysis, we will then provide you with a free estimate for the
repair�
