1. Choose suitable, fireproof cookware. Carefully place the cookware on the fire stand so
that it is stable and cannot tip over.

2. Start preparing your food. Monitor the temperature and position of the pan.
3. When you have finished cooking, let the fire burn down in a controlled manner. Carefully

6. Cleaning
• After use, let your Petromax product cool down before cleaning it and then rinse it by hand

with hot water only and dry it thoroughly.
• Regularly check the product for rust or wear and maintain it to preserve its functionality

• Never use sharp objects for cleaning. Do not use metal scouring pads.

7. Storage
• Always store the product in a dry place. Never store it when it is wet.
8. Disposal
Dispose of the materials separately, according to your local disposal regulations. Never put
hot ash in the household waste! It can cause a fire.
