6.5 Activity mode

• In the menu selection at the bottom, press [Motion] to switch to Activity mode.
• In Activity mode, you can call up a summary of your previous activities and also start a new activity.
• In the selection bar at the top, you can select between the activities of Walking, Running and Cycling.
• To start an activity, press [Start].
