Getting started
 Read all instructions carefully.
 Remove any packaging from the product.
 Place the packaging inside the box and either store or dispose of responsibly.
Assembly
1. Check that the voltage of your appliance is the same as your mains (220-240Va.c.).
2. Place the unit on a flat and stable surface.

HOW TO USE

Before each use, unwind the flex completely. And move it two to four inches away from the wall.

1. Plug the unit and switch on at the mains
2. Adjust the Variable Temperature Control to the needed cooking temperature, from MIN to Max.
NOTE: For initial use, some smoke may be observed and odor when the unit is turned ON, this is
normal.
3. Pre-heating:10-15 minutes.
4. Put the food items such as meat, fish or vegetables onto the stone plate for grilling.
5. Put the baked food on 8 person raclette grill pans for keep warm. Also can put small food on grill pans.
Then slide the grill pan carefully back into position.
Important: Do not put food over the heating element.
6. Remove the food once the grilling process is complete.
7. Turn OFF after use and unplug the unit
CAUTIONS:
1. All parts of the unit will be very hot, especially Grill Plate and 8 person raclette grill pans when in use.
Be careful of injuries cause.
2. Do not use this grill on unstable surfaces on top of flammable materials (eg.newspaper, cloth, carpets,
etc.).
3. The appliance must be used on a heat-resistant surface.
