Problem

Possible cause
Products prevent that wa-
ter flows into the water
collector.
Action Freeze or Action
Cool functions switched

The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.
Many products are stored
at the same time.
There is no cold air circu-
lation in the appliance.
Products are too near to
each other.
Food is not wrapped cor-
rectly.
The door is not closed
correctly.
The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.

Solution
Make sure that products do
not touch the rear plate.
Switch off Action Freeze or
Action Cool manually, or
wait to set the temperature
until the function has reset
automatically. Refer to "Ac-
tion Freeze or Action Cool
function"..
Set a higher/lower tempera-
ture.
Store less products at the
same time.
Make sure that there is cold
air circulation in the appli-
ance.
Store products so that
there is cold air circulation.
Wrap the food correctly.
Refer to "Closing the door".
Set a higher temperature.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Press on the rear hook and at the
same time slide the cover in the direc-
tion of the arrow.

Replace the lamp with one of the
same power and specifically designed
for household appliances. (the maxi-
mum power is shown on the lamp
cover).
4. Slide the lamp cover into its original
position.
5. Switch on the appliance.
6. Open the door. Make sure that the
light comes on.

"Installation".
