Main controls and parts of the radio
1. Antenna
2. LED fl ashlight
3. Knob ON / OFF Volume +/-
4. PTT butt on: press this butt on to transmit, release it to receive.
5. Monitor Butt on: Press and hold this butt on to acti vate the Monitor functi on.
6. LAMP key: Short press the fl ashlight to turn on or off . Long press to lock or unlock the keyboard.
7. CH + key: Short press this key to select the previous channel.
8. CH- butt on: Press the butt on to select the next channel.

10. Microphone / speaker socket: to connect the microphone or speaker. When this socket is not in use,
cover it with the special rubber pad to prevent water infi ltrati on.

Operati ons
Power on/off and volume adjustment
Turn the Knob wheel to turn on to turn on the radio.
Aft er turning on the device, you can adjust the volume simply by turning left and right by adjusti ng VOL + or
VOL -.
In the absence of received signals, momentarily acti vate the monitor functi on to hear background noises,
then adjust the volume with the appropriate wheel.
To turn off the radio, turn counterclockwise unti l you hear a click.
