with drops of sweat.
• Do not lean on the console.

• The console switches to standby mode when the
equipment is not used for 8 minutes.
Explanation of buttons
Mode
- Press mode button to select console functions: Scan,
Distance, Speed, Time & Calories.
- Push and hold for 3 seconds to reset: Distance, Speed,
Time & Calories.
Explanation Display functions
Scan
- Automatically scan functions for : Distance, Speed, Time
& Calories.
- Each display will be hold 5 seconds.
‼ NOTE
• It is not possible to set a goal target, so the console
can count up the parameters only.
Time
- Automatically accumulates workout time when
exercising.
- Range 00:00 ~ 99:59
