Using the SEECODE food cleaner
1. Place the cleaner on a stable surface as close as possible to a sink. This will make it easier to drain
the water later.
When filling the container with water, please ensure that the hose attached to the back is
always hooked into the holder provided at the top of the container, as otherwise water may
flow out.
2. Open the lid of the cleaner and pour clean water into the container.
3. Place the food to be cleaned in the water, ensuring that the food does not exceed the height of the
water container. It must be possible to close the lid tightly.
4. Close the lid, connect the appliance to the power supply and switch the appliance on using the on/off
switch (7).
5. Use the button to set the operating mode according to the food to be cleaned. The selected cleaning
mode is shown on the display with the preset time. However, you can also set the cleaning time
individually by pressing the timer button (12).
Vegetables, fruit, pulses, rice, meat, fish and even crockery are available here.
6. This appliance has a timer function. Once the cleaning time has been reached, the cleaning function
is automatically switched off.
7. When cleaning is complete, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and remove the cleaned
food.
8. Position the drain hose so that the water can drain away unhindered. Detach the water drain hose
from the holder to drain the waste water. Then follow the cleaning and care section.
Individual settings
These functions can be selected without the preset programmes.
Either the ozone or sterilisation function can be selected and the timer can be used to determine the
running time.
Ozone setting (2)
Press the Ozone button to select the ozone function only.
Ozone removes dangerous fungal spores and micro-organisms, thus ensuring disinfection.
Sterilization setting (8)
Press the sterilization button to select the sterilization function only.
This sterilizes the food and other items and increases the freshness in the water bath, ensuring a crispy
taste for fruit and vegetables.
