Multi-zon Air Control System
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Batteries are not charged.
Lack of radio communica-
tion.
Failed synchronization with
the controller.
Failed assigning of the
MASTER.
Zone actuator not assigned
to the thermostat.
SOLUTION
Replace the batteries.
Check that:
• the POLARIS controller is installed close
by (max. 50 meters in open field);
• there are no walls obstructing the signal
(the more walls there are, the lower the
signal received)
• the controller is powered on.
Check that the thermostat ID has been
correctly assigned to the reference controller.
Check that the pairing procedure has been
correctly carried out.
Controller off.
The thermostat is installed too far from the
controller.
From the POLARIS controller, assign the
MASTER to a thermostat.
Refer to the controller manual.
From the POLARIS controller, assign at
least one zone actuator to the thermostat.
Refer to the controller manual.
