Resetthe earbuds if you can only hear sound on either side:
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your mobile device.
2. Double click the multifunction button
(while it's turned on), to make the white LEDindicator
continuously fade in and out.
3. Double click the multifunction button on the right
earbud (while it's turned on), to make the white LED also
continuously fade in and out.

4. Place the earbuds close to each other, until the white LED
indicator on the right earbud flashes rapidly and the left
earbud flashes slowly.
5. Switch on your mobile device's Bluetooth, search for
"Soundcore Liberty Neo" in the Bluetooth list, and pair.
