-WARNING: Do not install the appliance near curtains or other objects
made of flammable materials as there is a danger of fire and other ha-
zards.
-Remove the appliance from its packaging and check that it is in good
condition before use.
-Do not allow children to play with parts of the packaging (e.g. plastic
bags).
-Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated for
the appliance.
-Check the condition of the power cord and plug carefully before using the
appliance to ensure that they are not damaged.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use extension
cords.
-Do not place the power cord under carpeting or rugs.
-Switch off the appliance before unplugging the power cord. To avoid
electric shock, make sure your hands are dry when switching on the
appliance.
-Do not use the appliance near flammable objects or install it in such a
way that heat is directed towards cushions, bedding, paper items, fabrics
or curtains. Such objects should be kept at least 1 metre away from the
front of the heater, as well as away from the sides and rear at all times.
-Ensure that curtains are at least 1 metre from any point on the heater.
-This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry rooms or simi-
lar indoor spaces where there is a risk of it falling into a bathtub or other
container of water.
-To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cord or plug in water or any
other liquid.
-The appliance must not be used where paint, petrol or other flammable
liquids are used or spilled. Do not place/install the heater on flammable
surfaces or near flammable items.
-Do not insert any objects into the ventilation or exhaust openings and
do not allow any objects to enter the interior, as this may cause electric
shock, fire or damage to the heater.
-Unplug the heater when not in use.
-Do not let the cord hang over a worktop, as it could easily be pulled by
children.
-Do not insert fingers or any other object into the grille when the appliance
is in operation.
-Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by non-com-
pliance with these instructions or by any improper or incorrect use.
-To prevent the heater from overheating, keep the ventilation and exhaust
