3. MAINTENANCE AND POINTS REQUIRING ATTENTION
The tool should be maintained periodically. Before starting work,
check whether the moving parts are free, if so, run the tool without
load for about 1 minute. Then, inject some grease into the
lubrication hole on the tool and into the gap between the cutting
lever and the frame.
Keep the ventilation ducts clean during operation to avoid engine
overheating. During normal use, the tool should undergo thorough
maintenance once every 6 months, such as cleaning the inside of
the tool, replacing lubricant and worn parts
Check the carbon brushes frequently and see if they are making
good contact with the commutator. After replacing worn brushes,
the tool should run without load for a few minutes.
The cable, plug and their technical condition should be checked
frequently. Measure the insulation resistance between live parts
and the housing. The plastic case should be protected from
violent impacts and exposure to oil, acid, soda, etc. in order to
avoid the case from cracking or losing its shape, which would
reduce the insulating properties and intensity of the case.
Never cut with blunt scissors. If the knives are blunt, they should
be replaced or regrinded in good time. When grinding knives, the
angles of the blades should be the same as the original. The
angles are shown in Figures 1 and 2

Never cut the welding seam, otherwise the knives will be
