Warranty Notice

77 Willich, hereinafter referred to as Axdia, provides consumers with
limited warranties for ODYS and DYON branded products as described
in the following warranty conditions. With this warranty, AXDIA warrants
that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship
during the specified warranty period from the date of first purchase.
We provide warranty for our products according to the following conditions:
1. Within 12 months of the date of purchase, we will repair any defect or fault in
the product free of charge in accordance with the following warranty conditions.
If a defect or fault is discovered more than 12 months after the date of purchase, it
will only be eligible for warranty repair if it is proven to be a manufacturing defect.
2. The warranty does not cover batteries, tyres, brake pads and other
consumable parts, fragile parts such as glass or plastic, or defects caused
by normal wear and tear. Damage caused by chemical and electro-chemical
influences, water and general abnormal conditions, minor deviations from
the expected quality which do not affect the value and suitability of the
product for its intended use are not covered by the warranty. (2) Damage
caused by chemical and electrochemical influences, water and general
abnormal conditions. Damage caused by non-observance of the operating
instructions or other improper operation, unauthorised interference with
the installed system or installation of additional software is also excluded.
3. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to software updates, provided
that AXDIA, on the basis of its professional and informed judgement, continues
to warranty the intended use of the product and the security of the data.
4. The warranty is in such a way that defective parts will be repaired or replaced
with flawless parts free of charge at our sole discretion. If the delivered
product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time and at a reasonable
cost, AXDIA reserves the right to replace it with an equivalent unit. Similarly,
the product may be replaced with another equivalent model. On-site repairs
cannot be requested. Replacement or spare parts will become our property!
5. The warranty is void if repairs or modifications are made by unauthorised persons or
if our products are fitted with accessories that are not compatible with our products.
6. Warranty service does not extend the warranty period or start a new
warranty period. The warranty period for built-in spare parts ends with the
warranty period of the entire product.
7. Further claims, including compensation for damages other than to the
product, are excluded unless liability is mandated by law. Therefore, we
are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits,
or business interruption.
8. The customer is responsible for backing up their data before returning the
device if it has a built-in data store. AXDIA is not liable for any data loss on
returned devices. Axdia reserves the right to restore the factory settings of
the returned devices. Please take note of your personal settings if necessary.
9. This warranty does not a ect your claim for a free statutory warranty if a
defect is discovered and is subject to the laws of the country where the end
user first purchased the product.
The venue of the performance was Axdia International Service Centre,
Schmelzerstrasse 27, 478 77 Willich, Germany.
Claims of guarantee cases
1. To use the warranty service, please contact AXDIA Service Center by
email or telephone (see below for contact information). Our service form
can also be found on our website or on the back of warranty conditions.
2. The AXDIA Service Center will try to diagnose and resolve your problem.
If a warranty claim is found, you will receive an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number and be asked to send the product to AXDIA.
Note:
AXDIA will only accept returns marked with an RMA number. Please note
the following points when sending the products:
1. The goods must have adequate postage, insurance and transportation
conditions. Unless otherwise specified by AXDIA Service Center, the
product must include original accessories, such as USB cable and power
supply.
2. The RMA number must be clearly visible and legible on the package.
3. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt as the warranty certificate.
4. Upon receipt of the products, AXDIA will provide warranty services in
accordance with the warranty conditions and insure the products for free
return.
