flashing 3x (or more) repeatedly
with all LEDs

Diagnostic LEDs

Indication
binding, looking for radio
transmitting normal, operated channels
are flashing, multichannel/multiswitch
channels are flashing constantly
bound but other model or level
is selected
transmission disturbed
RM12 searches radio / no connection
