Cancel button
In case you like to stop the toasting process, simply press the cancel button. The toast lift comes up
and the toaster switches off. Never push the toast lift up to cancel a toasting process.
Warm-up button
If the first toasting process does not achieve the desired degree of browning or you want to reheat
cold, already browned toast, put the toast back into the toasting slot, push down the toast lift and
additionally press the warm-up button. The toast remains in the toaster for approx. 30 seconds and
browns again.
Defrost button
In case you like to toast frozen toast or ordinary bread, push down the toast lift and press the defrost
button as well. The toasting process is extended automatically; you do not have to change your
desired degree of browning.
Crumb Tray
The tray catches crumbs that fall down when inserting and toasting the bread. Empty this tray regularly to
prevent these crumbs from being burnt.
Warming rack
· Unfold the warming rack, by pushing the warming rack lift all the way down. Make sure that the lift engages
in the lowest position.
· Place the bread rolls in the middle on top of it and select the desired degree of browning with the browning
control. We recommend a low to medium setting.
· Now switch the toaster on by pressing down the toast lift until it engages.
· As soon as the toaster switches off, turn the roll/s and repeat the toasting process.
· Caution: Never place the roll/s directly onto the toaster. Always use the warming rack.
· After use push the warming rack lift up again to fold it up completely.
