9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the 'PULSE'
position. Hold the switch in this position for the desired interval length. When
released, the switch returns automatically to the '0' position.
10. After kneading/stirring, turn the speed knob back to the '0' once the mixture has
formed a ball. Then unplug the appliance.
11. Press the rise button downwards – the arm will be raised.
12. Release the mixture with a spatula and remove it from the mixing bowl.
13. Remove the mixing bowl.
14. Clean the parts as described in the 'Cleaning' section.
