Overview of the components

Main components and standard accessories:

Use the mixing bowl
1. To lift the arm, press the rise button (2) downwards in the direction of the arrow. The
arm will move upwards (FIG 1).
2. Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (STEP ①) and turn the bowl clockwise
until it locks into place (STEP ②) (FIG 2).
3. Mount the required utensil (dough hook, beater or whisk) by inserting the top into the
output shaft – turn it anticlockwise until it locks into place (FIG 3 and FIG 5).
4. Now add your ingredients.
5. Lower the arm using the rise button (2) (FIG 5).
6. Place the pot cover into its body (FIG 6).
7. Plug the appliance into a properly installed 220-240V 50/60Hz safety power socket.
8. Switch the machine using the speed button to a speed between 1 and 6,
corresponding to the mixture.
