Milkshakes:
For cold milkshakes, the milk should
be as cold as possible (between 1 °C/
34 °F and 7°C/45 °F), or else it won't
froth well. The process is the same as
for producing milk froth.
Vinaigrette dressings:
To prepare a vinaigrette, fi rst blend
the desired amount of vinegar with
salt, sugar, spices and mustard as
required. Set the utensil to slow
speed (Speed I) and add the oil
gradually. This will help to achieve
a homogenous consistency. Please
add herbs, onions etc. afterwards.
Please clean both the shaft and the
spiral whisk of the utensil immedi-
ately after use each time as de-
scribed in point 4.
Note:
Be careful not to bend the shaft. This could
lead to an imbalance and the full rotational
speed will not be reached.
