Besides the diameter of the needle, the length of the needle is important. A long needle
combined with a small diameter can cause the dispense fluid to stick in the needle. This
effect gets stronger when the viscosity gets higher.

Time
To get the best result, hold the syringe under an angle between 45
and 70 degrees to the surface (1). Place the needle on the surface
and start the dispense cycle (2). When the dispense cycle is
completed move the syringe straight up (3).
Once the dispense fluid and the needle are
determined, the amount of fluid can easily be
adjusted by a combination of pressure and
dispense time. Increasing the pressure, the
dispense time or a combination, increases the
amount of dispense fluid. The graphic on the
left shows how pressure an time influence the
amount of fluid.
