Please read this instruction manual thoroughly before starting and ensure you are familiar with the operation of your
new Electric Cordless Carving Knife.
BATTERIES:
1. Before removing the Battery Cover to replace batteries or prior to cleaning, make sure the motor has stopped
completely.
2. To avoid turning the unit on while replacing batteries, DO NOT press the Start Button on the top of the
Cordless Knife.
3. Always replace all batteries at the same time and never mix old and new batteries or batteries of different
types or quality.
OPERATION:
1. The Cordless Knife is a cordless electric knife that is suitable for cutting fruits, vegetables, breads and meats.
2. DO NOT use this knife for cutting non-food items such as cardboard, wood, sheet metal or masonry.
3. The blades provided with your cordless Knife are intended for use while mounted in the Motorized Handle. DO
NOT attempt to cut with the blades while removed from the Motorized Handles.
4. For the best results and to avoid damage to counter tops, always use a wooden or plastic cutting board. When
not in use, the blades should be removed from the Motorized Handle and placed in the clear plastic protective
sleeve (included).
5. The blades should always be removed and cleaned immediately after cutting raw meats to prevent the transfer
of salmonella and other food-borne diseases to other foods.
