HOW TO USE:
Carefully remove the product from the packaging
• Before each use, hand wash with clean, warm water and mild detergent.
• Pour water to an approximate level of 6mm (1/4") into the tray base.
• Place the separator with your foodstuffs over the tray base. Replace the lid over tray base and place in
the microwave to steam your food.
• Set the full power for cooking 3 minutes and leave to stand for 1 minute at end of cooking before
serving
• If further cooking is needed, do not exceed 1-minute increments. Additional water may need to be
added.

Carefully remove from the Microwave keeping the cover on and place on a suitable heat resistant
surface to cool before serving.
WARNING: Microwave Ovens vary in power output. Cooking time is based on 800W oven. You will need to
adjust time to suit your machine and the type and quantity of your foodstuffs.
