Dieses Netzgerät wurde speziell für sogenannte USB-Sticks wie Z.B.MP3-Player, Memory Sticks, Memory
Cards usw. entwickelt, die ihre Stromversorgung über einen USB—Steckererhalten.
Das Gerät funktloniert unter anderem mit den meisten Samsung MP3-Playern.

Beachten Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme, dass bei manchen Geräten der maximale
Ausgangsstrom von 5 V 500 mA nicht überschritten wird. Natürlich können auch alle anderen USB-
Verbraucher bis 500 mA an den Netzgeräten betrieben werden, wenn die Belegung dem www.USB.org
Standard entspricht.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass kein Gerät mit einem höheren Eingangsstrom als 500 mA
angeschlossen werden darf. Sollten Sie sich nicht sicher sein, 0b Ihr Gerät diesen
Standard erfüllt, informieren Sie sich bitte beim Hersteller Ihres IJSB-Sticks.
Durch den Weitbereichseingang von 100—240 V ,50/60 Hzist der Reiselader weltweit einsetzbar. Je nach
Kontinent und Land müssen eventuell noch Reiseadapter zwischen gesteckt werden, um einen korrekten
Anschluss an der landestypischen Steckdose zu gewährleisten.
Vor Inbetriebnahme Ihres USB-Sticks mit dem Hama Netzgerät beachten Sie unbedingt die Angaben zur
Stromversorgung in der Bedienungsanleitung des IJSB-Sticks.
Sollten nicht ausdrücklich andere Angaben in Ihrer Bedienungsanleitung gemacht werden,
verfahren Sie wie folgt:
1. Stecken Sie Ihren ausgeschalteten USB-Stick polrichtig am Netzgerät an.
2. Verbinden Sie das Ladegerät mit einer Steckdose.
3. Sollten Sie Ihren USB-Stick während des Ladevorgangs betreiben wollen, dann schalten
Sie diesen bitte erst jetzt ein.
Hinweis: Manche USB-Sticks (u.a. Samsung) wechseln beim Anschließen an ein Hama Netzgerät in den
PC-Modus. In diesem Modus findet oftmals keine Ladung statt!
Bitte beenden Sie diesen Modus um den Ladevorgang zu starten. Sollte Ihr USB-Stick vollständig entladen
sein, müssen Sie diesen gegebenenfalls erst mit dem Standardladegerät des Herstellers Oder über den
USB Port Ihres Computers/Notebooks vorladen, da das Gerät sonst nicht aus dem PC-Modus wechseln
kann.
Verwendung mit Creative MP3-Player:
—für den Zen Vision:M verwenden Sie Bitte das beiliegende Kabel (USB A Stecker auf Hohlbohrungs-
stecker) und verbinden den USB A Stecker mit dem Ladegerät und den Hohlbohrungsstecker mit dem
original Creative Synchronisierungs-Adapter
—für Zen V/V Plus/Stone/Stone Plus stecken Sieden beiliegenden Adapter (Mini-USB-B-Stecker auf Hohl-
bohrungsbuchse) auf das mitgelieferte Kabel (USB A Stecker auf Hohlbohrungsstecker) und verbinden
den USBA Stecker mit dem Ladegerät und den Mini-USB-B-Stecker mit den Creative
MP3-Player
Denken Sie bei der Aufladung der Akkus in den USB-Sticks an die max. Ladezeiten!

USB Travel Charger
This power supply unit is specifically designed for USB sticks, i.e. MP3 players, memory sticks,
memory cards etc. that are powered via a USB connector. The device works with most Samsung
MP3 players, among others.
Using the power supply unit, USBsticks can also be charged or operated conveniently without
a PCor laptop.
Before starting up certain devices, ensure that the maximum output current does not exceed
5 V 500mA. The power supply unit can of course be used with all other USB consumers of up to 500 mA as
long asthey are assigned in compliance with the wwm.lJSB.org standards. Please note that devices with
an output current greater than 500mA must not be connected. If you are unsure whether your
device meets these requirements, please consult the manufacturer of your USB stick.
Thewide range input of 100—240V, 50/60Hz allows you to use the travel charger all over the world.
Depending on the continent and country, a travel adapter may also be required to ensure a proper
connection to the country-specific power socket.
Before using your USB stick with a Hama power supply unit, please be sure to read the information
regarding power supply in the operating instructions for the USB stick.
Unless your operating instructions explicitly inform you otherwise, proceed as follows:
1. While itis switched off, connectthe USB stick to the power supply unit and ensure the polarity
is correct.
2. Connect the chargerto a socket.
3. If you wish to use your USB stick whilst itis being charged, then switch it on before use.
Note: Some USB sticks (e.g.Samsung) switch to PC mode when connected to a Hama power supply unit.
Often, you cannot charge the device in this mode. Exit this mode in order to begin charging. If your USB
stick is completely drained of power, you must first charge it using the standard charger provided by the
manufacturer or using the USB port on your computer/laptop if necessary; otherwise you will not be able
to switch the device from PC mode.
Use with Creative MP3 players
— Forthe Zen Vision:M: Use the included cable (USB A plug to hollow shaft plug) and connect the
USBA plug to the charger and the hollow shaft plug to the original Creative sync adapter
— Forthe Zen VIV Plus/Stone/Stone Plus: Attach the included adapter (Mini-USB B plug to hollow shaft
socket) to the cable that is included (USB A plug on a hollow shaft plug) and connect the USBA plug to
the charger and the Mini-USB B plug to the Creative MP3 player
When charging the batteries for the USB stick, be sure to check the maximum charging times.
Also observe the safety and disposal instructions enclosed.

USB-oplader
Deze voedingsadapter is speciaal ontwikkeld voor zogenaamde USB-sticks zoals
MP3-spelers, memory sticks, memory cards enz.die van stroom voorzien worden via een USB-stekker.
Het toestel functioneert, ondere andere, met de meeste SamsungMP3-spelers.
Met dezevoedingsadapter kunnen IJSB-sticks 00k zonder pc of laptop makkelijk opgeladen
of gebruikt worden.
Controleer voor ingebruikname of de maximale uitgangsstroom van 5 V 500 mA niet overschreden wordt.
Natuurlijk kunnen 00k alle andere USB-verbruikers tot 500mA met de voedingsadapters gebruikt worden,
mits de aansluiting voldoet aan de Vuww.USB.orgstandaard.
Er mag geen toestel met een hogere ingangsstroom dan 500 mA aangesloten worden.
Als u niet Zeker bent of uw toestel aan dezestandaard voldoet, informeer dan bij de fabrikant van uw
USB-stick.
Dankzij de universele ingang van 100-240V, 50/60Hz kan de reislader wereldwijd gebruikt worden.
Afhankelijk van het continent en het land, moeten er eventueel nog reisadapters tussen geplaatst worden
om de voedingsadapter op de landspecifieke contactdoos aan te sluiten.
Lees voordat u de USB-stick op de voedingsadapter van Hama aansluit altijd de gegevens over de
stroomverzorging in de gebruiksaanwijzing van de IJSB•stick.
Indien er geen andere gegevens in uw gebruiksaanwijzing staan,
gaat u als volgt te werk:
1. Sluit de uitgeschakelde USB-stick met de stick in de juiste poolrichting op de voedingsadapter aan.
2. Sluit de voedingsadapter op een stopcontact aan.
3. Als u uw USB-stick tijdens het opladen wilt gebruiken, schakel deze dan eerst in.
Attentie: sommige USB-sticks (o.a. Samsung) springen bij de aansluiting op een Hama-voedingsadapter
naar de pc-modus. In deze modus kan er meestal niet opgeladen worden! Verlaat deze modus om het
opladen te starten. Als uw USB•stick volledig ontladen is, dient u hem eventueel eerst met de standaard
oplader van de fabrikant of via de USB-poort van uw computer/notebook voor te laden, aangezien het
toestel anders de pc-modus niet verlaten kan.
Gebruik met Creative MP3-speler
— maakvoor de Zen Vision:M gebruik van de kabel die bij de verpakking inbegrepen is (USB•A-stekker
op plug). Sluit de USB-A-stekker aan op de oplader en sluit de plug aan op de originele Creative
synchronisatie-adapter
—voor Zen VIV Plus/Stone/Stone Plus sluit u de bij de verpakking inbegrepen adapter
(mini-USB-B-stekker op plugingang) op de bij de verpakking inbegrepen kabel (USB-A-stekker op plug)
aan. De USB-A-stekker sluit u aan op de oplader en de mini-USB-B-stekker op de Creative MP3-speler

L'appareil fonctionne, entre autres, avec la plupart des lecteurs MP3 de Samsung.
Cet appareil d'alimentation permet de recharger et d'utiliser les clés USB méme sans ordinateur
(portable ou non).
Avant la mise en service, veuillez noter que. pour certains appareils, une tension de sortie maximale
de 5 V 500 mA ne doit pas étre dépassée. Tous les autres appareils USB peuvent bien-sür étre utilisés
sur l'appareil d'alimentation avec une tension pouvant attelndre 500 mA, pour autant qu'ils soient
conformes au standard www.USB.org.
Veuillez noter qu'aucun appareil ayant un courant d'entrée supérieur å 500 mA ne doit étre connecté.
Veuillez consulter le fabricant de votre Clé USB en cas de doute concernant la conformité
appareil par rapportå ce standard.

Remarque:Certaines clés USB (celle de Samsung par exemple) commutent en mode PCdés qu'elles
sont connectées å un appareil d'alimentation de Hama.Aucune recharge n'a généralement lieu dans
ce mode! Veuillez donc quitter ce mode afin de démarrer la recharge. Dans le cas oi votre CléUSB
est totalement déchargée, il est possible que deviez Ia précharger l'aide de l'appareil standard
du fabricant ou via un port USB de votre ordinateur (portable ou non), car l'appareil ne pourrait pas
commuter du mode PC vers un autre mode.
Utilisation avec lecteur MP3 Creative
— pour la Zen Vision:M, veuillez utiliser le cäble fourni (fiche USBA vers connecteur
puis connectez la fiche USB A au chargeur et le connecteur axe creux å l'adaptateur de
synchronisation Creative d'origine
— pour ZenV/V Plus/Stone/Stone Plus , connectez l'adaptateur fourni (fiche USB A vers
connecteur axe creux), puis connectez la fiche USBA au chargeur et la fiche mini USB B
au lecteur MP3 Creative
Veuillez respecter le temps de recharge maximal de la batterie de votre Clé USB lors de
la procédure de recharge!

Avvertenza: alcuni stick USB (tra cui il Samsung) passano in modalitå PC quando si collegano a un
alimentatore. In questa modalitå spesso non avviene nessuna carica! Uscire da questa modalitå
per avviare il processo di carica. Se 10stick USB dovesse essere completamente scarico, caricarlo
con il caricatore standard del costruttore o mediante la porta USB del computer/notebook, poiché
l'apparecchio altrimenti non puö uscire dalla modalitå PC.
Utilizzo con lettore MP3 Creative
per 10Zen Vision:M utilizzare il cavo in dotazione (connettore USBA su spina cava) e collegare il
connettore USBA al caricatore e la spina cava all'adattatore di sincronizzazione originale Creative
— per Zen V/V Plus/Stone/Stone Plus, inserire l'adattatore in dotazione (connettore mini USB B su spina
cava) nel cavo in dotazione (connettore USBA su spina cava) e collegare il connettore USB A al
caricatore e il connettore mini USB B al let-tore MP3 Creative.
Per la carica delle batterie negli stick USB, attenersi al tempo di carica massimo!
