Glued joints can be released by heating (hot
air gun). Drops Ofglue can be easily re-
moved once they have cooled When gluing
heat sensitive materials, apply the glue to
the less sensitive
side.
What do pu do
the nozzle is blocked?
Ifthe glue is fed with too much force, the
glue stick can adhere in the nozzleand
block it. If this happens, heat the HKP 220
far at least 10 minutes and carefully pull the
glue stick out backwards Ifthe glue stick IS
too short to grasp from the rear, heat the
end of a new stick with the nozzle and insert
it in the back ot the pistol so that it is glued
to the Old stick. They can then be pulled out
together
