Drosselsternpunkt
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Drosselsternpunkte DS2-31 werden in Verbindung mit Isola-
tionsüberwachungsgeräten (ISOMETER
temen eingesetzt, in denen sowohl Einspeisung als auch
Verbraucher abgeschaltet sind.
DS2-31 ermöglicht die Isolationsmessung indem es eine nie-
derohmige Widerstandsverbindung zwischen allen aktiven
Leitern des überwachten, abgeschalteten Systems bildet.
Sicherheitshinweise allgemein
Alle zum Einbau, zur Inbetriebnahme und zum
laufenden Betrieb eines Gerätes oder Systems er-
forderlichen Arbeiten sind durch geeignetes
Fachpersonal auszuführen. Bestandteil der Gerä-
tedokumentation sind neben diesem Handbuch
die „Sicherheitshinweise für Bender-Produkte".
Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
Bei Berühren von unter Spannung stehenden An-
lagenteilen besteht die Gefahr
• eines elektrischen Schlages,
• von Sachschäden an der elektrischen Anlage,
• der Zerstörung des Gerätes.
GEFAHR
Stellen Sie vor Einbau des Gerätes und vor Arbei-
ten an den Anschlüssen des Gerätes sicher, dass
die Anlage spannungsfrei ist. Beachten Sie die Re-
geln für das Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen.
Funktionsbeschreibung
Isolationsüberwachungsgeräte werden an einen, an zwei oder an
drei Leiter des zu überwachenden Systems angekoppelt. In ein-
geschalteten Systemen besteht über die Einspeisung oder über
Verbraucher eine niederohmige Verbindung zu allen aktiven Lei-
tern, so dass die Isolationsmessung alle Leiter erfasst.
Sind alle Einspeisungen und Verbraucher eines Systems abge-
schaltet, so würden nur die Leiter des Systems gemessen, an die
das Isolationsüberwachungsgerät angekoppelt ist. Der Drossels-
ternpunkt DS2-31 schafft eine ohmische Verbindung zwischen
allen aktiven Leitern des Systems mit einem niedrigen Wider-
standswert. Dies ist die Voraussetzung für eine zuverlässige Isola-
tionsüberwachung des gesamten abgeschalteten Systems.

Intended use
The inductive star-point coupling devices DS2-31 in combination
with insulation monitoring devices (ISOMETER
TN or TT systems where both the incoming supply and the loads
are disconnected.
DS2-31 allows insulation measurement by establishing a low-
resistance connection between all active conductors of the
system to be monitored.
Safety instructions
Only qualified personnel are permitted to carry
out the work necessary to install, commission and
run a device or system.
Part of the device documentation in addition to
this manual is the enclosed "Safety instructions for
Bender products".
Risk of electrocution due to electric shock!
Touching live parts of the system carries the risk of:
• An electric shock
• Damage to the electrical installation
• Destruction of the device
Before installing and connecting the device,
DANGER
make sure that the installation has been
de-energised. Observe the rules for working on
electrical installations.
Function
The insulation monitoring devices are coupled to one, two or
three conductors of the system being monitored. In systems with
voltage switched on, a low-resistance connection to all active
conductors exists via the incoming supplies or the loads, so that
the insulation resistance of all conductors is measured.
In a system with incoming supplies and loads disconnected, only
the conductors of the system coupled to the insulation monitor-
ing device would be measured. The inductive star-point coupling
device DS2-31 provides an ohmic connection between all active
conductors of the system with a low resistance value. This is the
precondition for reliable insulation monitoring of the entire dis-
connected system.
