PIZZACOVER TURBO
Read the instruction manual before ins-
tallation and operation. Use the appliance
only as described in this instruction ma-
nual.
Please store this manual in a safe place
for future use. If the appliance should ever
change ownership, this instruction manual
should also be given to the new owner.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION! The pizza cover and the piz-
za stone can become very hot and cause
burns. Always wear barbecue gloves.
Do not drop the pizza stone.
Children and vulnerable persons pre-
sent must be specially supervised.
COMMISSIONING
Positioning: Place the pizza stone in the
center in front of the burner. Place the cover
straight on the grill grate. It should be placed
centrally in front of the backburner and as
close as possible to the back wall of the grill.
Preheating: The pizza stone and cover
must be sufficiently preheated. To do this,
switch all burners to full load. Preheating is
complete after around 15 minutes.
Pizza baking: Use the burners under the
pizza stone and the baking burner when bak-
ing pizzas. You can set the power as required.
The bonnet of the grill cannot be closed
while pizzas are being cooked.
The pizza cover may discolour when hot.
However, this does not affect the quality or
function of the product.
CLEANING
Hot surfaces: Wait until all parts have
cooled down completely before cleaning.
ACleaning the pizza cover and pizza sto-
ne: Rinse the pizza cover and pizza stone in
warm soapy water. To remove baked-on par-
ticles, we recommend soaking beforehand.
Rinse the pizza stone thoroughly with
clean water before drying it. If the stone is
used immediately after cleaning, heat it a lit-
tle longer to ensure that it is completely dry.
Caution with the viewing window: Avoid
any contact of the hot viewing window in the
cover with cold water.
DISPOSAL
If you wish to dispose of the product, do
not throw it away with household waste. Ask
your local waste disposal company or your
municipal administration about options for
environmentally friendly and resourcesaving
disposal.
WARRANTY
We offer a 2 year warranty on the
function of the appliance. The warranty
is contingent upon proper use of the unit
and official proof of purchase including the
date the unit was bought.
The warranty becomes null and void
after expiration of the guarantee period or
immediately if independent modifications
are performed on the appliance.
If, despite our quality control measures,
your product should display a defect,
please contact Enders directly and do NOT
return it to the retailer.
