6.2 Alarm setting
To activate the alarm, press the „ALARM" button in clock mode to display the
alarm time. To activate or deactivate the alarm, press the „UP" button while the
alarm time is displayed. The alarm symbol appears on the display as soon as the
alarm is activated.
Press and hold the „ALARM" button for 3 seconds to access the alarm settings.
The settings can be adjusted using the „UP" and „DOWN" buttons. Confirm the
respective setting with the „ALARM" button. The setting sequence is as follows:
Hour - Minute
The alarm symbol on the display starts to flash as soon as the alarm sounds.
If the alarm is not switched off within 2 minutes, it will switch off automatically.
To activate snooze mode, press the „Snooze/Light" button during the alarm to
temporarily switch off the alarm. The alarm will stop for approximately 5 minutes
and then sound again. A snooze symbol appears on the display while snooze
mode is active.
To switch off the alarm, press any button (except the „Snooze/Light" button). The
alarm will be reactivated the next day at the set time, unless you have deactiva-
ted the alarm and the alarm symbol no longer appears on the display.
7. °C/°F display
To switch between the °C and °F display, press the „DOWN" button while the time
is shown on the display.
8. 12/24-hour display
To switch between the 12 and 24-hour display, press the „UP" button while the
time is shown on the display.
9. Safety instructions and disclaimer
Never attempt to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications. Avoid
contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not
approved for outdoor use; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humi-
dity, water and snow. Keep the device away from high temperatures.
