• This is normal during the first uses of a new device.
Solution:
• If an unpleasant smell persists after multiple uses, contact the service
center.
Problem: The device makes disturbing noises.
Cause:
• The device is not placed on a strong, flat, and stable surface.
• High or unstable voltage.
• The blade is improperly mounted.
Solution:
• Place the device on a strong, flat, stable, and dry surface.
• Check the voltage and connect the device to an outlet with stable
voltage.
• Contact the service center.
CLEANING
Note: The individual parts of the device should be washed immediately
after use.
Note: Be careful when cleaning the parts. Avoid touching sharp parts!
1. Before cleaning, turn off the device and remove the power cord from
the electrical outlet.
2. Remove all detachable parts.
3. Wash the detachable parts in warm water using dishwashing liquid.
4. The pitcher can be washed in the dishwasher.
5. The main body of the blender should be cleaned using a dry cloth.
