PROBLEM: When pressing the function button, the appliance does not
switch on, no symbol lights up and the appliance does not work.
• Check if the power plug is correctly plugged in and if the socket is supplied with
power.
• Check if the power cord and plug are damaged. Should this be the case, bring
the appliance to Solis or a service center authorized by Solis to have your power
cord replaced.
• Check if the glass jug is correctly positioned.
PROBLEM: The milk does not froth.
• Check if the milk is fat-reduced (1,5% fat) and cold.
• Check if the foam blender element is correctly placed in the jug and ensure that
you have used the toothed foam blender.
• When adding chocolate / cocoa powder, the milk will only froth a little bit if at
all.
