Troubleshooting
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht:
• Trennen Sie den SMARTstreamer vom Stromnetz
und verbinden Sie ihn wieder, um festzustellen, ob die
Störung erneut auftritt.
• Prüfen Sie, ob das Netzgerät korrekt in die Steckdose
eingesteckt ist.
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Steckdose Spannung hat.
Das Gerät spielt keine Musik:
• Überprüfen Sie die LAN-Verbindung und kontrollieren
Sie die Verkabelung.
• Überprüfen Sie, ob das Gerät im Netzwerk über IP
erreichbar ist.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die richtige Quelle in der Quel-
lenauswahl am SMARTstreamer ausgewählt ist.
• Überprüfen Sie die Musikquelle und stellen Sie sicher,
dass das Abspielmedium korrekt funktioniert – versuchen
Sie ggf. ein alternatives Abspielmedium (z.B. Smart-
phone).
• Überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung und tauschen Sie die
Audiokabel aus.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Mute-Funktion am
SMARTstreamer deaktiviert ist.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Mute-Kontakt am
SMARTstreamer überbrückt ist. Alternativ kann diese
Funktion in der WebApp deaktiviert werden.
• Setzen Sie das Gerät auf den Auslieferzustand zurück
-> siehe RESET Punkt 7, Seite 10.

The device is not working:
• Disconnect the SMARTstreamer from the power supply
and reconnect it to determine if the problem reoccurs.
• Check if the power supply is plugged correctly into the
socket.
• Check if there is voltage at the socket.
No music is being played:
• Check the LAN connection and inspect the cabling.
• Verify if the device is reachable in the network via IP.
• Check the music source and ensure that the playback
medium is functioning correctly - try an alternative
playback medium (e.g. smartphone) if necessary.
• Check the wiring and replace the audio cables.
• Ensure that the mute function on the speakers and
SMARTstreamer is deactivated.
• Ensure that the mute contact on the SMARTstreamer
is bridged. Alternatively, this function can be deactivated
in the WebApp.
• Reset the device to the factory settings -> see RESET,
point 7, page 10.
