Montagesanweisung - Mounting procedure

Sie können den SMARTstreamer entweder auf eine glatte
Fläche stellen oder an der Wand montieren.
Die Ausrichtung an der Wand kann waagerecht oder senk-
recht erfolgen.
Für die Wandmontage benötigen Sie zusätzlich zwei Dübel
und zwei Schrauben mit den Maßen (nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten):
Dübel: 6x30 mm
Schrauben: 3,5x50 mm mit Senkkopf
1. SCHRITT
Zeichnen Sie die Abstände laut Skizze 1 mit einem Bleistift
an die Wand und bohren Sie an den entsprechenden Stellen
jeweils ein Loch.
2. SCHRITT
Stecken Sie zwei Dübel hinein und schrauben Sie die
Schrauben bis auf 8mm in die Wand (siehe Skizze 2).
3. SCHRITT
Hängen Sie den SMARTstreamer mittels den zwei Montage-
kreuzen in die Schrauben ein.

You can either place the SMARTstreamer on a plain surface
or mount it on the wall.
The wall orientation can be horizontally or vertically.
For mounting on the wall, you also need two dowels and
two screws with the following dimensions (not included in
delivery):
Dowel: 6x30 mm
Screws: 3.5x50 mm with countersunk head
STEP 1
Mark the distances according to sketch 1 (102 mm) on the
wall with a pencil and drill a hole at each corresponding
location.
STEP 2
Insert a dowel into each of the two holes and then screw
two screws into the pre-drilled holes so that the two screw
heads protrude 8 mm out the wall (see sketch 2).
STEP 3
Hang the SMARTstreamer into the two mounting brackets
by inserting them into the screws.

1. PLUG IN
Schließen Sie den SMARTstreamer über den Stromanschluss
(7) mittels mitgeliefertem Netzteil an das Stromnetz an.
Verbinden Sie nun Ihre gewünschte Audioquelle mit dem
SMARTstreamer über den Cinch-Eingang (10) und (11).
2. INS NETZWERK EINBINDEN
Verbinden Sie den SMARTstreamer (Buchse 5) mittels
LAN-Kabel mit Ihrem lokalen Netzwerk und kontrollieren die
blaue LED (3). Sobald diese leuchtet, ist der SMARTstrea-
mer fertig eingerichtet und sendet die Musik ins Netzwerk.
Voraussetzung: Das Netzwerk verwendet die automatische
IP-Adressvergabe (DHCP).
Verbinden Sie den/die SMARTplayer ebenfalls mit Ihrem
Netzwerk und starten Sie die NewTec SMART WebApp.
Dazu öffnen Sie einen Browser und geben folgende URL ein:
http:/ /smartstreamer.local
Pairing & Settings access:
user: installation
password: newtecconfig
Wählen Sie den/die SMARTplayer aus, und wechseln Sie
im Live Modus die Quelle auf >CHANNEL 1< (siehe Be-
dienungsanleitung SMARTplayer S.13 Punkt 4).
3. PLAY
Starten Sie die Musikwiedergabe. Die orange LED (2)
beginnt zu leuchten. Die eingespeiste Musik wird nun ins
Netzwerk auf CHANNEL 1 wiedergegeben und steht allen
SMARTplayern im Netzwerk zur Verfügung.

Connect the SMARTstreamer to the power supply (7) using
the included power adapter and plug it into the electrical
outlet. Now connect your desired audio source to the
SMARTstreamer via the RCA input (10) and (11).
2. CONNECT TO LAN
Connect the SMARTstreamer to the network using a LAN
cable to port (5) and check the blue LED (3). As soon as it
lights up, the SMARTstreamer is set up and sends music to
the network. Requirement: The network uses automatic
IP-address assignment (DHCP).
Connect the SMARTplayer(s) to your network as well and
launch the NewTec SMART WebApp. To do this, open any
browser and enter the following URL:
http:/ /smartstreamer.local
Pairing & Settings access:
user: installation
password: newtecconfig
Select the SMARTplayer(s) and switch to >CHANNEL 1< in
live mode (see SMARTplayer user manual p.13, point 4).
3. PLAY
Start playing music. The orange LED (2) starts to light up.
The fed-in music is now being played back on CHANNEL 1
in the network and is available to all SMARTplayers in the
network.
