1.
Insert the wire whisk into the whisk collar. Insert the power handle into the other side of the whisk collar,
turn and lock it.
2.
Place your food in a container.
3.
Put the plug into an appropriate power outlet.
4.
Place the whisk in the food container. To avoid splashing, start on the low speed. Move the whisk clockwise.
5.
To stop the appliance, release the button.
6.
After use, take out the plug from the power outlet.
Notes:
•
You can whip light ingredients such as egg whites, cream, instant desserts, eggs and sugar for whisked
sponges.
•
Do not whisk heavier mixtures such as margarine and sugar, you'll damage the whisk.
•
Do not whisk more than 4 egg whites or 400ml (0.75pt) cream.
•
Do not let liquid get above the whisk wire.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before disassembling or cleaning, unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
2. Disassemble the power handle.
3. Wash the blender shaft / chopper bowl / whisk under running water. Dry these parts thoroughly before
assembling back. Do not immerse these parts in water, because the lubrication on the bearings may be
washed away during a long period of time.
4. Wipe the outer surface of the power handle with a damp cloth, and then dry it thoroughly.
5. Never wash the power handle in water or any other liquids.
6. Never use any abrasive cleaner or detergent.
7. Do not touch the sharp blade.
8. No part of the appliance can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Quick cleaning
Betweein processing tasks, hold the hand blender in a cup half filled with water (about 200 ml) and turn on the
appliance to make it run for 3 – 5 seconds.
