Faults and remedies

Type of fault

dispensing temp. not yet reached
doors of smartDRAFT™ Cooler are
not properly closed
smartDRAFT™ Keg has not been
pre-cooled
cooling fan motor dirty or defective
ventilation grille is covered
unit placed too close to a wall
refrigeration circuit leaks or the
compressor is defective
or is defective
doors of smartDRAFT™ Cooler are
not properly closed
smartDRAFT™ Cooler has been
operated without a Keg
check that the toggle switch on
is switched on
lighting defective
Remedy
put the plug in
inform service technician
pay attention to status indicator
attach the smartDRAFT™ Tap so that
the front part fits in the cut-out
of the top ring
completely withdraw the smartDRAFT™ Tap
and attach it on the Keg

pre-cool smartDRAFT™ Keg and
pay attention to status indicator.
(yellow blinking light = dispensing
temp. not yet reached / yellow light
permanent = dispensing temp of
8°C reached)
wait until status indicator stops

close doors until you hear locking
