This duct adapter can be installed by connecting the flexible duct (Ø75) to the indoor unit (RCI-1.0FSG2 to RCI-5.0FSG2,
RCI-1.0FSN to RCI-5.0FSN and RCIM-1.0FSN to RCIM-2.0FSN).

3. Caution when Connecting Duct Adapter
In Case of RCI-.0 to RCI-5.0

Install the connecting duct adapter according to the following procedures.

Procedure
■
1) Cut out the knockout hole along the inner line by using
plastic cutter.
2) Cut the knockout hole along the outer line by using plastic
cutter, and remove the styrofoam.
3) Remove the cut styrofoam, in order not to scatter to the room
when started.

4) Fix the adapter by using 4 screws.
[Tightening torque: 1.1~1.2 N m]
5) Install the flexible duct (field-supplied).
6) Wrap the thermal insulator around the connecting part
perfectly.
