Read the user guide and keep it in a safe place.
Congratulations and thank you for purchasing this Schwaiger Product. This
user manual is an integral part of this product. It contains important informa-
tion on commissioning and handling.
This user manual is intended to assist you in using the product. Read through
the instructions for use carefully. Store this guide safely throughout the prod-
uct's entire service life and pass it on to any subsequent users or owners.
Check that the supplied package is complete and ensure that none of the parts
are defective or damaged.
INTENDED USE
The product is intended for private use only and is not suitable for commercial
use.
Only use the product as described in this user manual. Any other use is consid-
ered improper and may result in property damage.

WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
Faulty electrical installation or excessive mains voltage can lead to electric
shock.
• Do not operate the product if it shows visible damage or if the power cord
is defective.
• Always check the product for damage before use. Damaged electrical equip-
ment as well as kinked power cords or bare wires increase the risk of electric
shock.
• Do not open the housing but entrust the repair to specialists. Contact a spe-
cialist workshop for this purpose. Liability and warranty claims are excluded
in the event of repairs carried out independently, improper connection or
incorrect operation.
• Do not disassemble the product into its individual parts. Improper handling
can lead to electric shock and malfunction.
• The mains plug of the device must fit into the socket. The power plug is
not allowed to be modified in any way. Do not use adapter plugs together
with protective grounded electrical equipment. Unmodified power plugs and
matching outlets reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Only parts that correspond to the original device data may be used for re-
pairs. This product contains electrical and mechanical parts which are essen-
tial for protection against sources of danger.
• Never immerse the product in water.
• Never touch the product or the connecting cable or the mains plug with wet
hands.
• Keep the product away from open flames and hot surfaces.
• Position the product and the connecting cable so that it does not become a
trip hazard.
• Never operate the product in wet areas or in the rain.
• Do not expose the product to rain or extreme weather conditions e.g.,
sub-zero temperatures, hail, extreme heat.
• Never place the product in such a way that it can fall into water.
• Never reach for an electrical device if it has fallen into water. In such a case,
pull out the mains plug immediately.
• Make sure that no liquid gets into the product and, if necessary, dry the
product thoroughly before using it again.
• Ensure that children do not insert any objects into the product.
• When you are not using the product, cleaning it or if a malfunction occurs,
always switch off the product and disconnect the power plug.
• Keep the product at least 20 cm away from pacemakers and other medical
devices. Radio waves can affect the function of pacemakers and other med-
ical devices.
• The light source of this fixture is not replaceable; when the light source
reaches its end of life, replace the entire fixture.
• Despite the high energy dissipation capacity, there is no absolute safety of
the connected devices in case of direct lightning strike.
• The product is only deenergised when the mains plug is pulled out.

Hazards for children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental abilities (for example, partially disabled persons, elderly per-
sons with reduced physical and mental abilities) or lack of experience
and knowledge (for example, older children).
• This product can be used by children aged from eight years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the product in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children must not play with the product. Cleaning and user main-
tenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
• Keep children younger than eight years away from the product.
• Do not leave the product unattended during operation.
• Do not allow children to play with the packaging film. Children can get caught
in it while playing and suffocate.

Improper handling of the product may cause a fire..
• Keep the product away from water, other liquids, open flames, and hot sur-
faces.
• Do not cover the product with objects or clothing.
• Ensure that the product is adequately ventilated. Keep a distance of at least
5 cm from the rear panel of the device and at least 1 cm from both sides to
walls or other objects.
• Do not place open fire sources, such as lighted candles, on or near the
product.
• Keep a distance of at least 5 cm from easily flammable materials.

Continuous listening at high volume
can cause hearing damage.

• Prevent damage to health and avoid listening at high volume levels for long
periods of time.
• Always keep a certain distance from the product at high volumes and never
keep your ears directly to the speaker.

• Do not drop the product or expose it to strong vibrations.

• Keep at least 1 m away from high-frequency and magnetic interference
sources (TV set, other speaker boxes, etc.) to avoid malfunctions.
• Never place the product on or near hot surfaces (e.g., stove tops).
• Do not bring the product into contact with hot parts.
• Operate the product only from grounded outlets rated 100 - 240 V AC, 50/60
Hz. If you are unsure of the power supply at the installation site, check with

the relevant power supplier.
• Unplug the product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods
of time.
• Never expose the product to high temperature (heating, etc.) or weather

• Never pour liquid into the product.
• Never immerse the product in water for cleaning and do not use a steam
cleaner for cleaning. The product may otherwise be damaged.
• Do not use the product if the plastic components of the product are cracked
or deformed. Replace damaged components only with suitable original spare
parts.
Checking product and supplied package
Risk of damage!
If you open the packaging carelessly with a sharp knife or other pointed ob-
jects, the product can be damaged quickly.
Be very careful when opening it.
1. Remove the product from the packaging.
2. Check if the delivery is complete.
3. Check whether the product or the individual parts show any damage. If this
is the case, do not use the product. Contact the hotline or e-mail address
specified in this instruction manual.
OPERATION IN DETAIL
Plug the device into a vertically aligned socket via the Schuko plug (1) so that
the LED display (2) points upwards. Press and hold the power button (3) (ap-
prox. 2 seconds) until the device switches on („Power on" sounds).
Setting the time / alarm
1. Press the mode button (4) briefly until you reach the time mode.
2. Press the power button (3) briefly to set the time. The hour display now
flashes.
3. Turn the power button (3) in the direction of increasing the volume (9) to
reach the desired hour. Turn in the direction of decreasing the volume (10)
to adjust it downwards.
4. Confirm the entry by briefly pressing the power button (3) again. Now the
minutes display flashes. 5. Now proceed as for setting the hour display and
confirm your entry by briefly pressing the power button (3).
If you do not want to set an alarm, now press the mode button (4).
6. The device is now in alarm / alarm clock mode. The alarm clock symbol (7)
starts to flash.
7. Now proceed as for setting the time and confirm each your entry by briefly
pressing the power button (1). The alarm clock is now set & the symbol (7)
lights up.
8. When the alarm clock rings, press any button to set it to snooze mode for
5 minutes.
9. Press & hold the mode button (4) to disable the alarm for that day.
To deactivate the alarm clock setting permanently, press the power button (3)
2x briefly. The alarm clock icon on the time display will go off. In the same
procedure, turn on the set alarm again & the icon (7) will light up.
You can switch between the 12h and 24h display by pressing and holding
the mode button (4) in time mode for approx. 1 sec.
Bluetooth
connection

1. Press the mode button (4) briefly until you enter the Bluetooth
BT symbol (8) starts to flash.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth
RAFM0100. The symbol (8) lights up.
3. Play the desired audio files via your smartphone.
4. Press the „Next" button (5) or „Previous" button (6) on the radio to skip to
the next or previous song. You can only pause via your smartphone.
5. Adjust the volume by turning the power button (3) in the direction of in-
creasing the volume (9) or decreasing the volume (10).
6. To cancel the Bluetooth
or briefly press the mode button (4).
FM- (radio-) mode
1. Press the Mode button (4) briefly until you enter FM mode. The current
frequency appears.
2. Press the power button (3) briefly to perform an automatic station search.
3. If you want to tune in the station manually, press and hold the „Next" button
(5) or the „Previous" button (6) until you receive a station. For a more de-
tailed setting, press the corresponding keys (5 or 6) only briefly.
4. Adjust the volume by turning the power button (3) in the direction of in-
creasing the volume (9) or decreasing the volume (10).

Night light & LED display
Regardless of the mode the device is in, the night light automatically turns on
at volume in a dark environment and turns off again approx. 30sec after the
volume decreases.
The LED display (2) switches on at volume regardless of whether the envi-
ronment is dark or bright, and switches off again automatically approx. 30
seconds after the volume has died down..

• Make sure that no water or other liquids get into the housing.

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or
sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as knives, hard spatulas, and the like.
These can damage the surfaces.
1. Disconnect the power plug before cleaning the product.
2. Clean the product with a soft, dry cloth.
3. If the product is stubbornly dirty, use a slightly damp cloth and a little mild
detergent if necessary.
4. Allow all parts to dry completely afterwards.
Storage
All parts must be completely dry before storage.
• Always store the product in a dry place.
• Store the product out of reach of children, securely closed and at a storage
temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C (room temperature).

Disposal

purpose. Legislation in the country of use stipulate the specific requirements
regarding disposal. The symbol on the product, the user guide or the packag-
ing indicates this legal requirement.
