Problem

TROUBLESHOOTING

• Ensure that the Wi-Fi function is enabled.
• Refresh the network list and select the correct SSID.
• Check the IP address, and ensure that your client can
automatically obtain an IP address.
• Enter the correct network key (Wi-Fi password) when
you connect the client to your device
• Ensure that the router is set up for the right APN settings,
(If detected automatically, the router may not have picked
up the correct settings and this may need to be configured
manually.) Refer to the APN settings section in the manual
to configure.
• Ensure that your Micro-SIM card is available.
• Change the location and find a place with good signal.
• Check the settings of the WAN connection mode.
• Contact your service provider and confirm your APN
settings.
• Enter the correct address. The default address is
http://192.168.0.1
• Use only one network adapter in your PC if connecting
directly via cable to a computer.
• Do not use any proxy server.
• If you have performed a Factory Reset on the router then
this will now default back to its factory settings. You can
find the details for the hard reset login on rear of this User
Manual
• Follow the instructions in the Factory Reset section to
reconfigure the router after a reset.
• Check that the router has been charged.
• Check that the charge cable is correct and operational.
• If the battery is faulty, contact your provider for support.
