CONFIGURING APN SETTINGS:
If the SIM card is installed but there is no internet, sometimes this is a
result of the provider APN not being recognised (Access Point Name.
If APN Settings are not recognised automatically these are sometimes
required to be manually entered to be able to access the Service Provider
data. Please see below details on how to access and change the APN
Settings.
*Adding a New Manual APN Profile can only be performed using a the PC
interface. This can still be done via a Smartphone by selecting PC at the
bottom of the Login Page.
Firstly turn off the LTE data
connection

ROUTER SETTINGS ( APN SETTINGS )
Then click Settings to enter the
connection settings page
Select APN option to change the
Provider APN settings
Ensure the Mode is set to
manual and enter the new
APN details which are available
on the internet or there is a
selection of popular settings
on the next page.
Once completed, Click Apply
to save the settings.
