TROUBLESHOOTING
Do not repair or disassemblethe unit by yourself, unauthorized repair
attemptswill invalidate thewarranty and may cause bodily harm.
Issue:No power
Possible reason:
1 . Power cord is unconnected
2. Thereis no power from socket
3. The power switch is not on.
Solution:
1. Connectthe power cord
2. Check socket is turned
3. Turn the unit on
Issue: Odour emission
Possible reason:
1 . New unit. When
may produce and odour which will dissipate within a week of use
Solution:
1. No action required
Issue:Strong vibrations and noise
Possible reason:
1 . air cooler is not used on a flat surface
2. air cooler may be damaged
Solution:
1. Placeon a flat surface.May put an anti-vibration mat underneath
2. If fan is damaged discontinue useand contact service centre.
