Installation of the pump and reservoir
Best place for the pump is on the bottom of the computer case. The pump can be mounted with the included sticky pad on the bottom of the
computer case or can be mounted with the included decouplers. You will need extra screws for that and you must drill holes in the computer
case.
The reservoir must be mounted above the pump. You can either mount it inside the computer case, or outside. The reservoir must be
accessible from the top. You will fill the system later either with the small G1/4 Inch thread (or you can mount a fillport there, which is not
included) or you can unscrew the top of the reservoir. Most computer cases already have some holes where it is possible to mount the
reservoir. If you do not have that or you want to mount the reservoir at a place where no holes are, then you must drill the holes yourself. The
reservoir can be used upright (most common) or horizontally. Depending on the position you can choose the threads you want to use by
yourself. Those threads you do not use, must be closed with the included plugs. Furthermore you can upgrade your system by temperature
sensors (not included) instead.

Installation of radiator and fans
If your case already has a place for fan-mounting, then the radiator can be mounted there. If your case does not have this, then we
recommend that you drill an adequate hole in the top of the case. The radiator must be screwed together with the fans. There are 2 different
screw sizes in the delivery:
30mm screws: to use if you mount the fans and radiator directly to a case
35mm screws: to use if you mount the fans and radiator with a fan grill
There are several different variations how to mount the radiator (back, front, bottom or top of the case) and combinations with the fan
(sucking, blowing, inwards or outwards). We recommend:
If you mount on the back or front: inwards blowing
If you mount under the top: sucking outwards
You will harm the radiator when you use wrong screw length and most probably destroy the radiator. This is not covered by the

warranty.
The fan cables can be connected with the 3-pin adaptor (not available with single radiator) and connected directly to the power supply the
mainboard or to a fan controller.

Connecting the tubing
After the installation of all components you can now mount the fittings and the tubing. The kit contains 7 straight and 1 angled fitting. The
angled fitting normally will be used in the inlet of the pump, because the reservoir is mounted somewhere above the pump. Make use of the
tube cutter to get a clean, straight cut and take care to lengthen the tubing at a length where you can still mount it without stress between the
components. Avoid tight bends as this can kink the tube. The sequence should be: reservoir – pump inlet – CPU – radiator. Now fill the kit
through the reservoir and start the pump with use of the ATX-plug while you computer is powered off. Refill the reservoir until all air has come
out of the reservoir. Take care to fill the reservoir only 3/4. The rest of the air is needed to compensate volume expansions of the water due to
a change of water temperature. Do not at any point Run the pump dry, If you hear the pump start to become noisy turn it off and check it has
enough coolant feeding it.

Initial operation and security advice
Only fasten the fittings hand-tight. Be careful to use the dedicated Input (IN) and Output (OUT) correctly. Good cooling performance can only
be ensured with the correct use. If you require help with the installation please use our support on the Phobya homepage. Take the
watercooling loop into operation WITHOUT the PC being turned on. Test the waterblocks for proper installation and seal. Leave the system
operating for at least 12 hours without the PC being turned on. Only turn on the PC when leaks can be ruled out. To achieve the best possible
cooling performance the waterblock must be supplied with a sufficient flow of coolant and the cooling radiator must be sufficiently powerful. As
a coolant only anticorrosive / water mixtures approved by Phobya may be used.
NOTE: Disregard of this manual may lead to serious damages of the product and hardware. In case of an unprofessional and/or faulty
installation the warranty does not apply! We wish you a good time with your new Phobya product!
Not suitable for children under 6 years (contains swallowable small parts). Do not run any cooling components, without ensuring that cooling liquid
flows through the cooling system. Coolers driven without cooling liquid can become very hot. Caution: Burn Hazard! Coolers that are not flowed
through by cooling liquid can destroy the computer hardware. When switching on the hardware, always make sure that the pump takes up its function.
Please note that in order to tighten the connectors no tools such as screw wrenches, calipers or alike may be used. *
All plastic products or metal threaded connections, which are linked with plastic parts, are easily overloaded with tools! Hereby occurred tears or other
damages, as well as damages from not using enough coolant are not covered under the warrantee!
Use only Connectors with a sealing ring! By using a sealing ring a firm tightening with the hand is enough! Your instructions manual clearly refers to the
